Notes

Due to the poor infrastructure that exists in Tulum, power outages and basic services such as water and internet, come to happen frequently, this is throughout the area of Tulum, so it is something beyond my control. It is also important to mention that to get to the condominium there is an area of approximately 750 meters unpaved. The laundry room is subject to availability and has an internal regulation that you must respect.

Neighbourhood

The proximity to Coba Avenue in Tulum is a great advantage, as it provides convenient access to restaurants, stores and local activities. This makes the studio attractive to tourists who wish to explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions.

Transport

I highly recommend taking a car if you want to visit the towns around Tulum, however, inside Tulum, you can move around by bicycle to visit the places of interest.
