Tulum is an area that is under development so on some occasions there may be power outages or basic services beyond our control, however, I will always be there to support you. On the other hand, it is good to mention that in the surroundings you can observe the nature of the region that does not represent danger to you, we ask you to respect it. Also near the condominium there is a humble village of low-income people who have lived there since the beginning of Tulum. TO GET TO THE CONDOMINIUM THERE IS A STRETCH OF APPROXIMATELY 600 METERS OF TERRACE, COMING THROUGH COBÁ AVENUE.
The condominium is located between Aldea Zama, which is the most exclusive area of Tulum and one of the most humble areas of the area, so you can find all kinds of places. However, you will also be located just steps from one of the main avenues that give you access to the ruins, the road, the best restaurants or the hotel zone. The location of this condominium is one of the best in the area due to its easy access to all places.
Without a doubt, I always recommend taking a car to get to know all the places easily, however it is very easy to get around on bicycles that you can rent in many places near the condominium.
