Because Tulum is still under development, there may be occasions when there are power outages that are beyond our reach to resolve. In the area you can find animal and flora species that do not represent danger to you, we ask you to respect nature.

The Veleta area, which is where the studio is located, is an area in development where you will have to access a stretch of dirt surrounded by jungle, you will also find in the surroundings native people of the area and you will learn about the culture of this beautiful paradise.

Transport

Rent a car in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum or you can move by taxi. The apartment is only 10 minutes from the beach by car and 20 by bicycle. We have parking outside the building. We can offer you rent of bycicles
