Because we are near the jungle, there may be animals or insects in the surrounding areas that do not represent danger for you, we ask you to respect the flora and fauna of the place. La Veleta is a developing area within Tulum, as well as the Town itself, sometimes there may be power outages beyond our control, but we will always be there to support you. In the same way, you are reminded that Tulum is a jungle area, so you are asked to respect the flora and fauna around the area.

Neighbourhood

Central Park is located in the La Veleta neighborhood in Tulúm, it is a developing area surrounded by jungle and very warm people. The studio is located approximately 7 km from the beach, 4.5 km from the most beautiful cenotes and less than 2.5 km from ATMs, supermarkets and fruit stores, all this living in nature! Very close to the city center (3 km). You will enjoy tranquility and silence during the night. Tulum was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, one of the essential sites in Tulum are its Mayan ruins, located in front of the Caribbean Sea; with warm starry nights and clear turquoise waters. Tulum is a magical town with a diversity of activities for both fun and relaxation. Every day you can venture to explore an archaeological zone, cenotes, beaches, gastronomic places, culture. In all its surroundings you will feel a magical energy vibe. The area of La Veleta, which is where the study is located, is an area in development where to access you will have to go through a stretch of dirt surrounded by jungle, you will also find native people of the area in the surroundings and you will learn about the culture of this beautiful paradise.
